We suggest you select your countertop edges based on your esthetic, safety issues and practicality. If your family has children, or you are concerned with safety, a more rounded edge design like a bullnose or ogee may be more practical. In general, the more intricate the design, the more complicated the cleaning and the higher fabrication costs.
Is Caesarstone durable?
Caesarstone is a composite stone containing mostly natural quartz, one of the nature’s most durable stones. Thus, Caesarstone is resistant to impact, cracks, scratches, stains and heat. However, like all materials, excessive force or pressure can damage its surface.
Caesarstone is also resistant to the stains that occur frequently in kitchen or bathroom: fruit juices, coffee, wine, oil, powder, lotions and so on.
It’s necessary to apply sealant on Caesarstone?
Caesarstone is a non-porous surface and you don’t have to apply sealants on it.
Can I use knives directly on my Caesarstone countertop?
Although Caesarstone is scratch resistant, we don’t advice you cut directly on Caesarstone. You should always use a cutting board. However, if you accidentally cut directly on Caesarstone surface, you don’t have to worry, you won’t damage it.
How do I maintain my Caesarstone countertops?
Caesarstone is a non-porous surface, and a simple wipe with a cloth and some mild detergent in enough to clean it and to keep it looking like new for a long time. In order to keep the initial shine of the surface, avoid using abrasive detergents or cloths. Also, you should know that textured finishes require a little more maintaining than the polished finish.

Can Caesarstone be used outdoors?
